BenG sends appointment-related SMS messages to help service providers communicate with their clients. BenG takes consent seriously and follows all applicable regulations.
I agree to receive appointment reminder text messages from BenG on behalf of my service provider. Message frequency varies (typically 3-5 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Every conversation begins with YES.
When a service provider adds a new client to BenG, the client receives an opt-in SMS. The client must reply YES before any appointment messages are sent.
Types of Messages (Transactional Only)
Clients receive SMS messages from BenG only for appointment-related communications. BenG does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message Frequency & Opt-Out
Clients receive a maximum of 3-5 messages per appointment (confirmation + reminders). No marketing or promotional messages are sent by BenG.
Every SMS includes opt-out instructions. Clients can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all BenG messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
